Not Receiving the Verification Email in Gmail?
Lately, we’ve noticed an increase in questions from users who can’t find their email verification message in Gmail. So, we’ve decided to write this short guide to help everyone know where to look for it.
Gmail tries to protect you from unwanted messages, which is why some correspondence you might want to see ends up in two additional folders: Spam or Promotions.
In our case, Gmail detects that we’re a platform sending many emails, and since they don’t know if you want this message, they may “do you a favor” by hiding it from your main inbox.
To find it, simply open one of these folders and look for our email.
Once you open it, Gmail’s system will register that you want to communicate with us, and our emails will no longer be “hidden.” Here’s how to find the Spam folder:
In the left menu, click on MORE, then locate SPAM, as shown in the image below:

If the email verification message from us isn’t there, check the Promotions folder, which is located at the top right of your main email menu.

If it’s not in either folder, send us a blank email to support@altcoins.bg (mailto:support@altcoins.bg) with the subject “Test” and request a new verification email from our system. It should appear in your Gmail inbox within a few seconds.
