If you have decided to trade crypto assets as a business client, you have definitely come to the right place. Altcoins.bg offers a full range of services for its corporate clients. Below, we will outline the most important things you need to know:

The procedure here follows the same process as for an individual. Registration is completed in the name of the owner (or authorised representative) according to the instructions here. At the bottom of the form, simply select the "Legal Entity" option and enter the company name and BULSTAT number.

You then complete the identification form in the name of the owner.

Once verification has been successfully completed (instructions here), we will send you a set of documents to complete, including:

Please complete them carefully (scanned with a signature and company stamp, or signed electronically) and send them as a reply to the email from our Customer Support team.

Once the information has been confirmed, your account can be used to buy or sell any of the crypto assets available on the platform.

A corporate account with Altcoins.bg is not designed solely for buying and selling crypto assets. It can serve as your business's gateway to a broader crypto infrastructure – from trading and transfers to accepting crypto payments, regulated custody and easier documentation of transactions.

Your account is now active, but what can you actually do with it? Business-to-business transactions require invoices... So how do we address this challenge?

Invoices for crypto-asset trading are issued in a specific way, and our platform is fully equipped to handle this automatically. For every completed purchase order, you will receive the issued document directly in your account. Your only responsibility is to make sure it reaches your accounting department.

Crypto-asset trading is exempt from VAT, so as a legal entity you would not face disadvantages when working with this type of asset to preserve or increase the value of your funds.

The more interesting part, however, comes when you need to sell crypto assets and we need to pay you in euros. 

How do you issue us an invoice if you have never done it before? Could you make a mistake? What exactly should you write? Which provision is used to exempt the transaction from VAT? What if your accounting team has little experience with this? These are just some of the questions we have received from clients already registered as legal entities on the platform. 

For every order to sell a crypto asset, you would normally need to open your invoicing software, enter the order details and issue a VAT-exempt invoice for the same amount you will receive from us.

However, this process has its own specifics. To save you from having to learn them yourself — or having your accounting fees increased because your accountant needs to go through another pile of books, documents, amendments and regulations — we have taught our system to do it for you!

After every successfully completed crypto-asset sale order, our system will issue the invoice on behalf of your company and add it directly to your account. Your only responsibility is to make sure that the invoice reaches your accounting department. That's it!

Simply fill in the information shown in the images below. This is all the information we need in order to start issuing an invoice on your behalf for every completed crypto-asset sale order. 

All of the required information is standard. We only have one small tip for you regarding the "First and last invoice number" field:

IMPORTANT

If your paper invoices start with the number 0 and your electronic invoices generated by your accounting software start with 1, give us a numbering sequence that starts with 2, 3, and so on.

As you know, invoice numbers must not be duplicated, so using an entirely new numbering sequence for your crypto-related activity is a very practical option. That's it! It's that simple!

It is useful to keep in mind that crypto assets are a financial instrument and issuing invoices for them is not mandatory. However, for both your accounting and ours, it is naturally preferable for everything to be fully documented and in order.

The IBAN of your bank account is entered in the "Addresses" section in your business account settings. Once the bank account is saved, it will automatically be populated in your orders, so you do not have to look it up and enter it every time.
