Working hours and bank transfers on September 22

We’d like to remind you that on September 22, 2025 (Monday) it will be a public holiday in Bulgaria, which may cause some delays in processing transfers for crypto purchases and sales.

Buying crypto:

- Transfers in BGN or SEPA transfers from a Bulgarian bank: Due to the bank holiday, if you make a transfer in BGN or a SEPA transfer from a Bulgarian bank, we will receive your payment on September 23 (Tuesday), and your order will be executed then.

- BLINK transfers: All transfers sent through the BLINK system will be processed instantly, as usual.

- Easypay and Cashterminal outlets: Easypay and Cashterminal outlets will continue to operate normally. However, please check the working hours of the specific cash terminals and the Easypay duty outlets.

- Transfers from foreign accounts: If you make a SEPA transfer from a foreign account to our SEPA account, there will be no delays, since the holiday applies only in Bulgaria. Your transfer will be processed on the same day.

Selling crypto:

- Transfers in BGN or SEPA transfers to a Bulgarian bank: When selling cryptocurrency and requesting a payout in BGN or a SEPA transfer to a Bulgarian bank, the funds will be available on September 23 (Tuesday) due to the bank holiday. Your order will be fixed and completed on our side, the payment will be initiated, but you will see it in your account on Tuesday.

- Easypay outlets: They will continue to operate normally, and payouts will be processed without issues.

Crypto-to-crypto exchange:

Crypto-to-crypto exchange, deposits, withdrawals, etc. remain unaffected, since unlike banks, our system operates automatically 24/7/365!

Despite the changes with bank transfers due to the holiday, our team and the Altcoins.bg platform will continue to operate on their regular schedule, without interruptions.
