Changes in Crypto Transfers to Certain Platforms

At Altcoins.bg, we continuously monitor the applicable regulatory and sanctions requirements related to crypto-asset transfers in order to protect our clients' funds and prevent transactions from being blocked or held.

In connection with the restrictive measures currently in force in the European Union, Altcoins.bg does not process direct or indirect crypto transfers associated with certain crypto platforms, service providers, and other restricted persons and entities.

Which platforms and services are affected?

Currently, the restrictions include:

- Payeer

- Rapira

- Aifory Pro (Sooty Ltd.)

- ABCeX (Nueva Cryptologia S.A.S DE C.V.)

- WhiteBird

- NoOnecrypto INC.

- Tradex (Brightum LLC)

- Monease Ltd

- BitPapa

- Exnode / Exnode Pay (Arvix)

- HTX (HUOBI GLOBAL SA)

- EXMO Ltd

The entities listed above are included in the applicable EU restrictive measures, with the latest 11 listings being effective as of 23 August 2026.

The restrictions also apply to:

- Russian crypto-asset service providers, Russian crypto platforms and exchanges;

- services that are successors, mirror/parallel services, or act on behalf of restricted providers;

- other categories of crypto service providers and platforms that may subsequently be designated by the European Union as falling within the scope of the relevant restrictive measures.

The restriction also applies to indirect transfers

It is important to keep in mind that the restriction does not apply only to direct transfers between Altcoins.bg and the platforms listed above.

Transfers where crypto-assets originate from or are intended for a restricted platform but pass through an intermediary self-hosted wallet, another platform, or another service cannot be processed either.

For example, transferring crypto-assets as follows:

restricted platform → self-hosted crypto wallet → Altcoins.bg

does not remove the connection between the funds and their original source, and such a transfer may be rejected or blocked.

The same applies in the opposite direction.

What happens when funds are received from a restricted source?

Crypto-assets received from a restricted platform or associated with such a transaction may be blocked or frozen in accordance with the applicable sanctions requirements.

In certain cases, these funds cannot be automatically returned to the sender or released to another wallet until there is a legal basis to do so.

We therefore strongly recommend checking the origin and destination of crypto-assets before making a transfer.

If you are unsure whether a particular platform, wallet, or transfer may be affected, please contact the Altcoins.bg team before sending the funds.

The list and scope of the restrictions may be updated in response to changes in the applicable sanctions regimes and regulatory requirements.
