Since Altcoins.bg was founded in 2017, we have been working to make the connection between crypto-assets and traditional finance more accessible. Over the years, we have expanded our services and built an infrastructure that now enables us to support other organizations in developing their own crypto-asset products.

With this goal in mind, we are introducing Altcoins Institutional, the dedicated division of Altcoins.bg serving banks, fintech companies, payment institutions, and corporate clients.

Altcoins.bg began by offering crypto-asset buying and selling services. Over time, we expanded our offering to include digital wallets, spot trading, OTC services, and crypto payment solutions. With each new service, we also developed the processes behind it: customer support, trade execution, transfer processing, and coordination with financial and technology partners.

This experience gives us a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, from the initial introduction to a product and the required documentation to the execution of a specific transaction and the support that follows.

Through Altcoins Institutional, this experience now benefits our partners as well.
